R. Stuart Wortley, Highcliffe Castle Hants., fine Italian embroideries, comprising the property of Lady Walston, and including a magnificent set of vestments worked for Pope Clement X, also an early XVIII century Dutch doll - a collection of waistcoats - embroidered panels and bedspreads, etc., the furniture includes two beautiful satinwood and harewood half-circle commodes, a remarkable William and Mary walnutwood barometer, the property of the Right Hon. Lord Vernon, a fine Chippendale side table, and a set of ten ladder back chairs, the property of the Hon. Mrs. Richard Bellew, a pair of fine satinwood cabinets, the property of Lady Fitzalan, a Coromandel lacquer screen and a gilt Georgian side table, the property of Lt.-Col. the hon. G. Monckton-Arundell, also some very fine Chippendale chairs - a set of nineteen Hepplewhite shield back chairs - mahogany writing tables, sideboards, etc., and a pair of very remarkable Chinese lacquer panels, the property of H.
